Ferrari 375MM Spider Vignale

1953

Derived from the Ferrari 375, it is designed to participate in the World Sports Car Championship2. It will be driven by Alberto Ascari and Luigi Villoresi during the 1953 24 Hours of Le Mans, and by the pair Giuseppe Farina - Mike Hawthorn for victory at the 24 Hours of Spa the same year.

Also in 1953, it won again at the end of the 1,000 kilometers of the Nürburgring with Ascari and Farina, at the same time allowing Ferrari to become the first constructors' world champion (the 340 MM Spider Vignale winning during the same year season during the Mille Miglia)
