3500GTS Sebring
1962
Presented at the 1962 Geneva Motor Show, the Sebring, a sportier version of the 3500 GT was originally to be called 3500 GTi S.
But this new coupe designed by G. Michelotti on the short cabriolet chassis took the name of the victory of the Fangio-Behra duo on 450 S at the 12 hours of Sebring 1957.
Compared to the 3500 GT, still in the catalog, the Sebring has double headlights and tighter lines for the profile, more modern.
Produced in 1963 with standard injection, it will be restyled in 1965.
