The "Rally del Cinema" is not what we call a rally these days. It was at the time an event organized as a ride, a regularity rally, a glamorous and celebrity rendezvous for the actors and actresses of Italian cinema of the 1950s.

On the track, as at the start of Rome or at the finish in SanRemo, the crowd is there in droves to catch a glimpse of their favorite stars. Sometimes on the course, roadblocks are set up by the fans to approach the actors… and the actresses.

The Maserati presented here is an A6 1500GT equipped with three carburettors that allowed 90hp, driven by F. Crocci assisted by actress Illery Pola.
